
Mrs. Field's Cookies (gluten and dairy free)
Ingredients:
1 lb dairy free butter 1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs 1 Tb vanilla
6 cups of gluten free flour
6 cups dairy free chocolate chips (3 bags)
Instructions:
Beat sugars until smooth. Add butter and cream well (this has to be really creamy)
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add dry ingredients. Add choc chips and nuts. Make balls with cookie scoop.
Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Makes about a ton
I cut this in half if I'm making it just for myself. Make sure your baking soda and powder are gluten-free and I have to use pure vanilla. Enjoy
